During my recent visit to Corbett National park I spent some time observing a herd of Sambar deers and spent some quality time photographying them. Needless to say each step forward was calculated to the accuracy of fourth decimal place! It was fascinating to see how much blood was getting pumped to their ears. I then decided to capture those frozen portraits as extended forms and shapes of the jungle which appeared very compelling in my view finder.
