Description : And The Winner is.. It is easy to make blurred images.
However, it is extremely tough if you want to keep part of the blurred frame
reasonably in focus and rest beautifully blurred. Panning with slower shutter
speeds below 1/15 second and a fast moving subject needs lots of practice.
Precise pan will take care only of single axis, however, motion of our lovely
subjects being three dimensional it is often a miss than a hit.
